ProInsightify provides beginner gym workout plans and fitness programs specifically designed for women. Our services include structured workout programs, exercise guidance, progress tracking tools, and related fitness support materials delivered through digital platforms and direct communication.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Our fitness programs are designed for healthy individuals. Before starting any exercise program, you should consult with your physician or healthcare provider. ProInsightify is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from participating in our programs. You participate in all fitness activities at your own risk.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout. All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, subject to our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to workout programs, exercise descriptions, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ProInsightify AS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from service interruptions.

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
